Caretaker Minister of Justice, Judge Henry Khoury, on Monday received in his office at the Ministry, German Ambassador to Lebanon, Andreas Kindl, accompanied by the German Consul at the Embassy, Matthias Vogt.
Discussions touched on judicial affairs and the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in this field, as well as on the mission of the European judicial delegation that visited Beirut last week.
On emerging, Caretaker Minister Khoury said that Ambassador Kindl expressed his satisfaction with the full response by the responsible bodies in Lebanon in the judicial cooperation field within the agreement signed by Lebanon on combating corruption.
Ambassador Kindl, in turn, hailed the good cooperation by the Lebanese judiciary with the European judicial delegation.
