Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Abdallah Bou Habib, on Monday welcomed Ambassador of Spain to Lebanon, Jose Maria Ferri, who paid him a farewell visit marking the end of his diplomatic mission in Lebanon.
