Army 4LBR in Baalbek receives individual military sets donation from Britain

The Lebanese army’s 4th Land Border Regiment (4LBR) in Baalbek received on Wednesday sets of individual body armour as a contribution by the British authorities, during a handing over ceremony at Mohammed Makki barrack in Baalbek, army command said in a communique.

The handing over ceremony was attended by British Ambassador to Lebanon, Hugo Shorter, on top of an accompanying delegation, and a number of army officers.

The contribution comes in the framework of the British aids programme intended for the Lebanese army’s land border regiments.
