BELGIUM PM DENOUNCES VIOLENCE DURING COVID-RELATED PROTESTS

Belgian Prime Minister Alexandre de Croo, on Monday, condemned the “completely unacceptable” violence that has permeated the protests of some 35,000 people in Brussels against the tightening of restrictions to contain the COVID-19.

Three policemen were injured yesterday when protesters against the applied measures aimed at making the population receive vaccinations, threw stones and set fire to the center of Brussels.
