Former Premier, Saad Hariri, met on Sunday evening with Lebanese Forces leader, Samir Geagea, at Centre House and discussed current presidential stalemate and its effects on all aspects of life in Lebanon.
Talks also focused on reactivating the alliance of March 14, dubbing it a meeting place for independent forces which believed in the project of the State.
Hariri and Geagea also agreed on strengthening their alliance during municipal elections of Beirut. The men concurred that they should also bolster cooperation regarding said elections in various regions.
On a more regional level, both top politicians condemned the genocide waged by Bashar Assad on the civilians of Aleppo. They both considered the events witnessed by Aleppo as “utmost terrorism.”
