Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri received this afternoon at the “Center House” the United Nations Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Lebanon Philippe Lazzarini who said: “It was my first meeting with PM Hariri. We discussed the situation in the country, the socio-economic situation, and the presence of the Syrian refugees and the strain on host communities in places like Arsal. The discussion focused on how much more the international community can do to support the Lebanese host communities to deal with the current situation. The discussion also focused on how we can improve the partnership between Lebanon and the international community.”
Hariri also received former MP Assaad Harmouch and discussed with him the latest developments.
