HOBALLAH FOLLOWS UP ON MANUFACTURING OF VENTILATORS: ENCOURAGING INITIATIVES THAT NEED TO BE MORE COMPREHENSIVE

March Minister of Industry, Imad Hoballah, welcomed the “creative and voluntary initiatives aimed at contributing to finding solutions and covering the deficiencies in terms of medical devices in the event of an increase in the spread of coronavirus.”

He congratulated “the youth on their ambitious, responsible and discreet abilities that flow into the framework of social responsibility and public service,” noting that volunteer specialist doctors are also offering their experiences and sharing their knowledge with initiators.

In a meeting held this Thursday with entrepreneurs working to manufacture local ventilators, with the participation of doctors specializing in lung therapy and intensive care, Hoballah stressed “that national solidarity is manifested in these non-profit actions and achievements,” wishing such initiatives would become more comprehensive, especially at this critical and delicate stage at both the health and economic levels.
