Kubis said that you meet today in Geneva and the eyes of the Libyan people look to you and do not want you to let them down after the House of Representatives failed to set a constitutional basis for the elections despite its mandate from the Security Council.
” Time is not on your side , as there are only 179 days left for the parliamentary and presidential elections , ” he added .
In the first session, the report of the Consultative Committee of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum was read out, which confirmed that a consensual formula had been reached on the constitutional base.
