MOPH ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF RETURNEES’ PCR TESTS, 11 CORONAVIRUS CASES DETECTED

July 9, 2020 (REFERRING TO THE NATIONAL NEWS AGENCY – LEBANON) The Ministry of Public Health on Thursday announced the results of PCR tests that were conducted on July 7 in Beirut airport.

 

According to the Ministry, 11 passengers have tested positive for coronavirus; four cases were detected among returnees from Congo’s Pointe-Noire, five among returnees from Abidjan, one coming from Dubai, and another from Doha.

 

Flights returning from London, Cairo, Paris, Frankfurt, Abu Dhabi, and Istanbul were all found virus-free.
