Palestinians get portable houses from Oman

GAZA CITY: The first batch of portable houses funded by Oman Charitable Organisation (OCO) were delivered to Palestinians in Gaza City yesterday. The portable houses will be used for sheltering families whose houses were completely destroyed during the last Israeli aggression against Gaza, and those still taking shelter in schools.

Dhafer al Nobani, Director-General of Humanitarian Aid at the Palestinian Presidency, said in a statement to Oman News Agency that this batch is part of 3,000 portable houses donated by the Sultanate. These portable houses are manufactured by local companies in Jericho.
