PROTESTERS GATHER AT RIAD SOLH SQUARE

Dozens of protesters have staged a symbolic sit in at Riad Solh Square in Central Beirut, chanting slogans refusing to “give confidence to Premier Hassan Diab’s government,” NNA Correspondent reported on Wednesday.

Protesters have climbed the concrete wall and attempted to remove the iron barricade separating between Riad Solh Square and the Grand Serail.

Protesters also threw stones at the security forces in front of the Serail.
