Six MEA flights are scheduled to arrive to Lebanon this Thursday afternoon, carrying more Lebanese expatriates wishing to return from abroad, as part of the evacuation plan set by the Lebanese government to address the coronavirus pandemic.
A flight from Doha is expected to land at 2:30 pm, followed by another from Paris (8:30), another from Casablanca (9:20), and another from Lagos (11:00). Two more flights will follow, landing in Beirut after midnight, one coming from London and the other from Lusaka in Zambia.
The Paris and London flights will be carrying passengers on transit from the United States, Canada and South America.
PCR testing will be conducted, and the necessary protective measures will be taken, as per the instructions of the Ministry of Public Health.
