The PMF Cut Several ISIS Infiltration Routes In An Agricultural Basin Northeast Of Baqubah

Baqubah  The Popular Mobilization Forces managed to cut off infiltration routes for ISIS in an agricultural basin northeast of Baquba, the center of Diyala Governorate.

A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) today that “the Popular Mobilization Forces managed, through the security operations carried out in Sinsil Basin, north of Muqdadiya, northeast of Baqubah, in the past two days, to cut off four ISIS tracks that the organization used to infiltrate through agricultural orchards, which is a security challenge, targeting the liberated villages and security points stationed in the area.

He added that the Popular Mobilization Forces adopted a strategy to control places of infiltration in areas with dense agricultural areas. Indicating that cutting loopholes of ISIS infiltration reflects positively on the security file in the region.
